  If you HAVE to go here... ask for Patricia Running. Thank god for her she made filing my taxes so simple. However, I feel bad for her. The receptionist was always outside smoking and made it very obvious that she wanted to be anywhere but there. She was so rude. Always interrupting me when I was trying to talk, told me to make an appointment but said someone would call me instead of taking the 2 minutes to schedule an appointment.... you could tell trying to rush me out of there. Very very unprofessional. Thank you Patricia. You are the best.

  Despite that we owed taxes this year, this was a great experience. First time ever to use a public tax company, and while we unfortunately owed money, our tax prepper, Patricia Running, did an outstanding and quick job of turning around our taxes during the mad rush of tax week leading up to the 15th and explained to me in detail why we owed this year. Can't beat that, just wish getting taxes done was cheaper- paid $383 for joint filing.

  The tax return was done quickly. When paying the bill I was "up sold" insurance called (Piece of Mind) coverage. I Thought, "Now I did not have to worry about any problems dealing with the IRS", H & R Block was going to handle this for me if there was a problem. Well, there was a problem with the amended return and with the IRS. The amended return was slow in processing, this caused problems. The Lake Stevens H & R Block Office did not support my repeated email and phone calls for help, I did NOT have (piece of mind). Responsibility to resolve the problem fell on me. I will be reluctant to use H & R Block again, I do not have confidence or piece of mind with H & R Block.
